Our prestigious holiday homes have been specially chosen to offer the latest in luxurious design and comfort. All are well-equipped, with: heating in all rooms, shower, toilet, water heater, shaver point, full-sized cooker, fridge, microwave, vacuum cleaner, colour TV/video combi, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and outside light.

The charges shown are for: 2-bedroom caravans: up to 4 people;

3-bedroom caravans: up to 6 people, £ pounds sterling.

And include: gas, electricity, parking for 1 car by your holiday home and use of swimming pool (Whitsun – Mid Sept).

Extra Persons or use of lounge bed: additional charge of £90/week/person inclusive of extra bedding and linen. (maximum 2 people). Children under 12 months old, no charge, providing they do not use lounge bed (travel cot provided free subject to availability and space).

Reservation of specific holiday home: +£10.00.

Pet Dogs: Subject to booking conditions. £40.00/dog/week (max. 2 dogs per holiday home).

NB: ‘pet free’ holiday homes also available – please ask.

Cars and Trailers: Our site licence allows only one car to be parked by each caravan. Please do not bring extra vehicles if at all possible. There are a very few spare parking places; additional cars and trailers may be brought on site providing parking spaces are reserved in advance at £20.00/vehicle/week. (£10/wk small trailer or m/c).

Wheel-Chair Hire: £25 per week (plus refundable £30 deposit)

These delightful 1-bedroom cottages nestle in a quiet nook on the edge of Amroth Bay Holidays near our own home. Sympathetically converted from farm out buildings, each has it own character, and offering you a superb holiday location amongst the stunning scenery of the National Park, just a short drive from Amroth beach. You have free use of the heated swimming pool (open Whit-mid Sept) and playarea on the park. Plus the convenience of a shop, launderette and pay phone at hand; all set in attractive grounds amid open countryside. There are many holiday activities and places of interest nearby.

Both Cottages offer: a traditional Welsh home for your holiday with separate bedroom (1 double bed), full size gas cooker, microwave, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, 19^- TV with 'freesat HD digital channels and DVD/VHS player, electric shaver points, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Electric heating in all rooms and heated towel rails. Double glazing throughout and no steps. Your bed is ready made with linen and towels provided.

Honeysuckle is a cosy cottage for 2. Walk through the porch and leave your coat and shoes behind; find yourself a comfy armchair in front of the TV and settle down with a cup of tea under the exposed beam ceiling and bask in the warm glow of the coal-effect fire. With ensuite shower room, kitchenette.

Lilac Cottage. Our other cosy cottage is attractively decorated and adapted for easy access with wider internal doors, ramp access, porch/conservatory, private patio, electrical points at easy-access height, etc. 'Wet room' shower has seat (and wheel chair access) plus grab rails (also for toilet and wash basin).

Reservations

1. A 25% deposit (minimum £50.00) must be paid within 4 days of making a telephone booking to confirm your reservation, or full amount if less than 28 days till arrival.

2. Payment may be made by
a) Debit/Switch/Credit card
b) Directly to our bank account, quoting your name and
      arrival date (Please ask for details).
c) By Post: Personal and business cheques are not accepted.
   Please send a building society or postal order cheque with
   booking form to confirm details of reservation.
    Please make all cheques payable to Amroth Bay Holidays.

3. The balance must be received by us 28 days before the start of your holiday otherwise your booking is cancelled without refund.

4. Booking acknowledgements are made via email.

5. If you wish us to send a payment confirmation by post, please send an SAE or ask at time of payment for the postal acknowledgement option ( UK only).

Cancellations

6. Should you cancel your holiday; no refund can be considered unless a re-let is obtained. An administrative charge of 25% will be deducted from the total due. No refund can be made if a holiday is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.

7. Please note, once a booking is made you are responsible for payment of the full amount. Guests are therefore advised to take out suitable holiday insurance.

8. Where a booking is made through a Tourist Information Centre (TIC) or similar arm of the tourist board, the deposit paid is also not refundable. A deposit of 25% must be paid to us in addition to any commission taken by the TIC.

Checking In

9. Your accommodation is usually ready from 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Some holiday homes will be ready by 2.30pm - you are welcome to call in from 2.30pm but please do not call earlier. Please check-in at the reception office / shop on arrival. If the door is shut, please ring (firmly) the bell by the shop door and wait for a member of staff to arrive.

Your Accommodation

10. Only the number of persons stated when making your reservation shall occupy a holiday home unless prior arrangements have been made in writing with the management.

The lounge sofa bed in each home is not to be used without prior permission from the management.

Smoking

11. Smoking is not permitted inside your accommodation. You may smoke outside. Please clear away all cigarette ends.

Parking

12. One car may be parked adjacent to each caravan. Additional cars and trailers / boats must be parked in another location as directed by a member of staff. We endeavour to arrange additional parking near to your accommodation but even the furthest parking spaces are but a few minutes’ walk away.

Under no circumstances may cars or trailers be driven or parked on the grassed areas of the park.

Dogs

13. Dogs are welcome in some of our holiday homes, but must not be allowed to run free on the site nor left unattended in the holiday home. Please bring your own dog basket or bedding. Dogs must be exercised off-site (but not by neighbour’s gardens). All dog mess must be cleaned up immediately by the dog owner. Note: Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the lounge sofas.

14. In the interests of everyone wishing to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday, the proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation or to demand immediate withdrawal from the site without notice or refund, any persons considered undesirable.

Inventory

15. Caravans and Cottages are equipped with cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, TV, Microwave, DVD player, pillows, duvets, blankets and bed linen (not Advantage range).

Note: Towels, tea towels and consumables are not included: except the Exclusive - see welcome pack list; and except towels in Cottages.

16. All bedding must be covered with linen. Sleeping bags are not allowed. Where not included, Linen may be hired or guests may bring their own clean linen (duvet cover, lower sheet, pillow cases). Cot linen is not available. Please bring waterproof sheets for all beds used by young children.

17. To prevent accidental damage being caused: Laundry irons are not allowed in the caravans (An iron and board are provided in the launderette). Hair dryers and straighteners are to be used with great care - they melt carpets & duvet protectors.

18. Please note: due to restricted space, only travel cots can only be placed in caravans. These are not suitable for children older than 1 year. Cots have to be placed in the lounge, unless one of the single beds is removed. Use of both lounge bed and a cot is not possible.

19. Access & Baby Aids: Please let us know at the time of booking whether you need aids for access (e.g. ramp, wheelchair, toilet seat raiser, shower seat, bed lever, etc.) or Baby aids (e.g. cot, H/chair, bath, blender).

Checking Out / Care and Maintenance

20. Please clean your holiday home before leaving. Turn the fridge off but leave gas/elec on and water heater on. Please vacate by 10:00 am on the day of departure so that we may prepare and check thoroughly for the next guests.

21. The hirer is responsible for the property and shall take all reasonable care of it. All damage must be reported. The unit and contents must be left in a clean, undamaged condition at the end of the hire period.

22. We reserve the right to charge a deposit against damage or additional cleaning which is refunded if the holiday home is found to be in a clean, undamaged condition at the end of the holiday. If additional cleaning is found to be necessary at the end of the holiday or damage is discovered, you are responsible for paying any additional bill to cover the cost of cleaning and/or repair.

23. While we endeavour to give you notice of any maintenance and repairs undertaken during your stay, we reserve the right of entry without notice to perform essential work at any reasonable time.
